Each box includes a wide variety of items ranging from clothing, toys, accessories and more! You can leave us a note at checkout if you have any special preferences (For example: loves animals, crazy over cars, or anything you would like us to know to create an even better surprise!). We cannot accommodate specific item requests, other than that, we will try our best to curate the surprise box based on your preference!

Shipping

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2-3 days. Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. Please check back for updates as we continue to expand shipping to other regions.

Returns

We hope you enjoy all items as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items in their original packaging and unused condition for a full refund or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. We process returns within 10 business days of receiving the package. Please keep the tracking information on your returned package.

Return Process

START A RETURN

To start the return online, click the start a return button above and follow the instructions. a shipping label will be emailed to you. Place the shipping label on the return package along with the original packing slip. Securely seal the package and drop it off at your nearest USPS or UPS location. Once the package is received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less a $5 return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note:

Returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached; unused, unworn and unwashed; and not damaged.
All bundles must be returned as a set.
All items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Surprise Boxes cannot be returned.
